No nos hacemos responsables por el deste\u00f1ido, encogimiento, estiramiento o cualquier tipo de deterioro que se produzca en el proceso de su ropa, ni por la p\u00e9rdida de objetos dejados en ella, adheridos a la misma o por botones o adornos que no resistan el lavado o planchado.<\/p>\n

In case of lost or damage caused by responsability of the laundry, the hotel will pay for up to equivalent of 10 times the rate of the required service. In case of damage, the garments involved will be kept by the hotel.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for fading, change of color, shirnkage, stretching or wear and tear resulting from the proceess of laundering, or of valuables left in pockets or attached to garments or buttons and ornaments which do not resist the cleaning or pressing process.<\/p>\n
